CSIRT emergency contact: csirt@ucc.edu.gh Report an Incident

Track your report

Check what has happened to a report you filed. We show its status and the date that status last changed — nothing else, not even to you, because a Reference Number is a number anyone could guess.

The INC- number shown when you submitted the report.

The email address or Staff/Student ID you filed the report with. If you filed anonymously, use the tracking token shown once on the confirmation screen.

What each status means

Received
Your report has reached the UCC CSIRT and is waiting to be looked at.
Under review
Someone in the CSIRT is working on it now.
Resolved
The CSIRT finished what it could do about this report and the matter is settled.
Closed
The report is finished with. That can mean there was nothing further to do, or that it was handled elsewhere — it does not mean it was ignored.

Filed anonymously? Your tracking token is the only way in, and nobody — including the CSIRT — can recover it. Without it you can still file a fresh report describing the same matter.
