From report to recovery

What happens after you press submit.

  1. You report it

Use the form, or email the CSIRT. You do not need to log in, and you may stay anonymous.

  2. We receive it

Your report reaches the UCC CSIRT and you get a Reference Number to quote.

  3. We work on it

Someone in the CSIRT reviews it, contains what can be contained, and asks you for anything missing.

  4. It is settled

The CSIRT finishes what it can do about the report and tells you where it landed. Check the status any time.
